What types of payments do you accept?
Cash: You can pay cash at our office location for any tour. You can also choose to pay in cash to your driver by calling the office directly and providing a valid debit or credit card number. Please state to your reservation agent that you would not like your card to be charged and that you would like to pay your Expedition Leader in cash on the day of your tour.
Apologies, but we do not provide a travel or personal check payment option, nor can you choose to pay with cash for any online reservations.
Will I get a discount if I book a second tour?

Can I combine two or more discount codes?
I’ve already made a reservation but forgot to add the discount code. Can you refund me the discount?
Can I cancel or change my reservation?
Tours with hotel packages and other third-party attractions tickets (ie. Monterey aquarium tickets) cancelled or changed with more than 10 days notice prior to departure, will incur a $35.00 fee or a fee of 10% of the package cost, whichever is greater.
Cancellations of any Tour package or 3rd party attraction ticket with less than 10 days notice will not be entitled to any refunds. Airport shuttles, Bay Cruises and Alcatraz tickets are nonrefundable.
Where do I pick up the tickets for my tour?
Please note that Alcatraz Cruises will require that each adult boarding the boat to Alcatraz bring their photo ID or passport for identity verification.

San Francisco Bay Cruise has various departures, so there is always a cruise convenient to your sightseeing schedule. The San Francisco Bay Cruise tour takes about an hour navigating the waters of the San Francisco Bay. Departing from the Pier, you’ll start your bay cruise from the heart of Fisherman’s Wharf, sailing past Aquatic Park, where swimmers brave the cold ocean water, and Hyde Street Pier, home to historic vessels. Cruising west, towards the Golden Gate Bridge, you’ll take in Fort Mason and the Marina district. Further west are former army installations, Crissy Field, a historic army airfield now turned grassy promenade, and the Presidio, offering forests, trails, views, and architecture.
The highlight of your vacation just may be sailing directly underneath the 4200 foot span of the 746 foot tall Golden Gate Bridge. As you head back, you’ll cruise past the breathtaking wildlife reserves of the Marin Headlands and quaint town of Sausalito. The San Francisco Bay Cruise travels between Angel Island (on your left) and the infamous Alcatraz Island, former home to America’s most notorious criminals. On your way back to the dock, you’ll see the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge and Coit Tower perched on top of Telegraph Hill.
A full bar with drinks, snacks, and merchandise are also available. This San Francisco Bay Cruise is an ideal way to enjoy spectacular views of San Francisco, Alcatraz, and the Golden Gate Bridge! No San Francisco vacation is complete without a cruise on the bay.

Sail along San Francisco's breathtaking waterfront, under the majestic Golden Gate Bridge, and the famous Alcatraz Island. You might also see frequent wildlife including seagulls, pelicans, and sea lions!
